David started his real estate career in 1977 and was the founder of Barlow & Triplett Realty, Inc. He lead the company to become Lenoir’s largest firm and helped hundreds of clients and agents throughout his career. His unexpected passing in 2024, was felt by the community as a whole. He previously served as Lenoir’s Mayor and was known to be “Lenoir’s biggest advocate”. Both the community and the real estate market suffered a great loss with his passing. He LOVED what he did and was a firm believer “do what you love and you never work a day in your life”.

Elizabeth Barlow Gray grew up immersed in the real estate world, thanks to her father, who started a family real estate business when she was just 7 years old. From a young age, she was fascinated by the industry, spending time in her father’s office and learning the ins and outs of real estate. Inspired by his legacy, Elizabeth knew she would one day follow in his footsteps to carry on the family tradition of excellence.
After earning her degree from Appalachian State University and a brief career as a social worker, Elizabeth became a licensed real estate agent in 1993. Over the years, she has built a reputation as a proven top producer, working closely with both buyers and sellers. Her passion for marketing properties helps her sellers achieve top dollar, while her dedication to finding the perfect home ensures her buyers’ satisfaction.
Alongside her husband, Keith, who is also a licensed broker, they bring over 40 years of combined experience in real estate. As a team, they offer a winning combination of expertise and personalized service for their clients.
Elizabeth’s impressive career includes serving on MLS committees, being voted “Best Agent,” and receiving numerous “Top Producer” awards. Outside of real estate, she enjoys giving back to the community, spending time with her dogs, and cherishing time with family.

Chase Barlow Gray

Chase was born and raised in the area and graduated from Hibriten High School. After graduation, he went on to play college baseball before deciding to pursue a full-time career in real estate.

After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Appalachian State University, Keith spent over 9 years with Lowe’s Companies before transitioning to a successful real estate career. In addition to being a licensed real estate broker, Keith is also a licensed contractor, bringing a wealth of knowledge to every transaction. His expertise spans working with investors, sellers, and buyers, and he is known for his ability to guide clients through the entire process seamlessly.
